These Terms of Service govern the use of Adelya Publisher, an internal tool used by the Adelya and SBB (Sport Butik Baku) brands to publish their own product videos to their own YouTube channels and Instagram accounts. The application is operated by Ülvi Cabbarov, Baku, Azerbaijan.
Adelya Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our own data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
The application is not offered to the public. It may only be used by the owner of the connected YouTube channels and Instagram accounts, or by persons authorized by the owner, and only for publishing content that the channel owner has the right to publish.
You agree not to use the application to upload content that violates the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, or any applicable law, or content for which you do not hold the necessary rights.
You may revoke the application's access to your YouTube channel at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After access is revoked, the application can no longer upload videos to that channel, and stored tokens are deleted on request within 7 days.
The application is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version.
